Happy New Year. We are starting week 4 of our 5 week strength cycle as we start to push into the higher rep scheme phase for two weeks.
I can’t stress this enough: use a proper warm-up and cool down. Get your blood moving and prepare your muscles and then let them cool down while working the mobility piece. This week and next week are going to be rough on Monday and Tuesday but then we have a deload week which you’ll probably enjoy.
