Your choice on the ruck pace. If possible do the ruck off the road and along rolling terrain. For the guys at Ft Bragg that means get your ass on the power lines trail and move.

Really hit mobility hard today, you can do it at a separate time as the ruck if needed. It’s a HUGE portion of your training. There are a ton of free beginner’s Yoga on YouTube. That’s what I use.
