Being a great Rucker is great for ruck evaluations like the 12 miler. However when it comes to the tactical side you need to learn to be comfortable taking a knee and not needing to fidget.

You actually use a lot of muscles for stabilization. Work on using that 3:00 (1:30 per knee) to slow your breathing. Be aware of your environment and listen to your body.
