A little kit work today.

Thrusters are with a KB in each hand and the TGU is with just a single KB.

Use the same run route for the beginning and end if possible.

If a rope is not available you can do 6 x towel pull ups.

If you’ve been following our programming for awhile I hope you’re seeing a benefit from the yoga 2 times a week.
