Taking a moment to look internal. Make sure there are no distractions at all, if possible. I like to put my feet on the wall, like a deep squat position and just hold there. That allows me to get a little stretch work in while also allowing me to focus and control my breathing.
Breath from the belly and relax. Go over the last weeks and when thinking about the training try to use all of your senses. The more vivid you are the better.
