Welcome to the 4 week stamina cycle. Our goal is to increase your capacity and time till exhaustion during repetitive movements under load. This pays off big with regards to rucking or moving under load for long distances.

With that being said, listen to your body and every evening work on your mobility. Foam roll and use stretching or yoga to stay injury free. If you feel sluggish and feel that you’re beaten down by the higher volume you can split the days into two -a-days or take a day off and pick up the following day.
