Day two starts with a METCON that is the traditional push/pull couplet with a short break in the form of abmat sit-ups.

Since you’re already blasting your triceps on the ring dips we aren’t going to be moving a bar for the strength portion but instead doing banded push-ups. If needed you can drop weight by using a thinner band or no band at all.

Part C is a simple static hold an Complex with the very beneficial planks.
