First day of this 8-wk party, I mean cycle. The strength (A) is going to be repetitive so you should see the progression in the weight increases. You will also see the movements become more complex after two weeks. Bilateral to unilateral movements, etc.

The endurance work is to prepare you for a new 10k PR. If you’ve never ran a 10K before you’re about to.
