Part B lunges. 1 rep = left and right leg lunge. So you will perform the designated reps each round with both legs, this is not an alternating count.

Saturday’s are all about moving in kit. Burpees, lunges and DB clean and jerks will effectively cover that.

You can do part A before or after part B so long as they are separated by AT LEAST an hour.
