Ruck day and some mentality work. Bring water as we start to lengthen the time under load. Because we’ve been doing a rather linear progression you should notice that you’re able to keep your tempo up longer.
Stay focused, be aware of where you’re stepping, pace your ruck properly and step out with a purpose.
All rucks are 55 lbs currently. There will be an increase in weight in the coming weeks with a drop in time. Get your body accustomed to walking on uneven terrain (trails) under load. Keep moving and if you’re stuck at a light or waiting on traffic then pace until you can go.
