Some upper body work. I went through this full workout earlier in the week and if you challenge yourself in part A you’ll really feel it in part B. Attempt to not let go of the BB during the C&J. The farmers carry should be very difficult. Keep moving and get a good grip.
For part C make sure you’re using a band with enough resistance to make the 12 reps challenging for the tricep extensions. I hung the band from a pull up bar and used the green @roguefitness #monsterband and it worked great.
