Sunday is going to be the 10k run that was the goal of this train up. Make sure after hitting the sprints today you spend time on mobility. Enjoy the sprints. The TABATA is only 4:00 of work but it’ll get you. I like to do these on a woodway curve if available.

If you really want a challenge then find a long hill to perform these TABATA sprints up.
