Part C is much like a death by metcon. Every round you’re going to increase by 5 calories on the airdyne (or assault bike), the rep scheme of the cleans stays the same. Scale weight as needed.
Hitting FS and then front rack lunges is a huge focus on your core. Adjust weight as needed even if it means you only use the bar on lunges. Keep those elbows high and eyes forward. Rest as needed.
