Your choice on the KB weight. I used a 55# KB and it felt like a good weight to move quickly but still get not run at the end.
More endurance work. Instead of bumping up the rounds of 800 or cutting the rest down we are adding two all our sprints at the end. I tested this out last week and it felt good to me to have the change in speed. Rest as needed between the last 800 and the two 100’s.
Saturday is going to be a total rest day and our Memorial Day special workout will be Sunday. Monday will be a very easy day because Sunday will be rough. Be prepared.
