Have a minimum of 2 hours between part 1 and part 2.
Friday’s are the long METCON days with a heavy focus on grip strength. If you make it all the way through with time left then start over again. Your score is total reps. For the farmers carry and sled drag, one rep = 25m.
Saturday will be total rest from moving weight and just focus on mobility and recovery.
