Reminiscing for performance enhancement

This comes from a common drill used to help athletes figure out what are the common elements that help them experience “flow.” Think about your best performance, visualize and sense every detail. Use the emotional indicators that you felt as you prepare for your next competition. Use the confidence and energy as you go into competition feeling in control and competent.

Use your best performances to make better future performances, learn from past mistakes but don’t dwell on them. “Keep the best, flush the rest.” Post comments.
