During part B make sure to use the 90 seconds to regain control. You should be focusing on breathing and preparing for the next round. If you had a slip or messed up take 5 seconds to assess and make note then let it go and start prepping for the next round. These rounds seem long but they go very quick, you can push yourselves. If there are no walls to use for wall hops then use a 30/24” box and do 5 x burpee box jumps.
The banded back squats are all about exploding through the entire movement. That does not mean throwing your form out the window. Proper form first, always!
