Get outside and be active. Spend time on mobility, planning your meals/training times, and go have fun. Just be active. Learn a new sport, go on an adventure, and leave your phone behind. Disconnect and enjoy!

Day two is moving into an upper body focus with a full body finisher. Since the athlete is a tactical athlete in the military he is also incorporating the Brock String and a couple Sirt pistol drills as part of his transition movements. Also, this made me laugh.
