The Endurance & Agility Program (EAP) is designed for the tactical athlete who needs to stay mobile, quick, and agile while maintaining strength. Though there are strength cycles, this program is not primarily designed to build strength as much as our usual strength programs. The goal with this program is to take your strength and either maintain or increase it slightly while increasing your metabolic conditioning (METCON), stamina, and agility. The program includes rucks, runs, strength workouts, and METCONs with the goal of making you a better all-around tactical athlete.
- Equipment: General gym, ruck, known distance routes.
- Includes deload week.
- Not to be performed with an additional workout.
